Mrs. Alliegene Blalock Zipperer, 88, of Port Wentworth, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020 at her home.

She was born in Evans County to the late Gordon B. and Ada Sapp Blalock.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rantz M. Zipperer.  She was a member of the Garden City United Methodist Church, and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her children, Rantz M. "Tiny" Zipperer, Jr. (Judy), Donna Zipperer, and Angela Zipperer (Steve Cox); grandchildren, Ricky Garland, Jason Zipperer, David "Bo" Zipperer, Randi Zipperer Wilson, Mark Zipperer, and Kailey Kitchings Mobley; thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Lanier and Shirley Taylor; brother, Johnny Blalock; several nieces and nephews, and her beloved sitter, Ms. Polly Tate.

The graveside funeral and burial will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020 at Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery located at 3608 Midland Road, Guyton.  The family will receive friends at the cemetery from 10 until 10:55 a.m.
