Belton, SC-Mrs. Alma Sapp Kessler, 61, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2011,
at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, SC.
Mrs. Kessler was born in Savannah to the late Benjamin F. & Ruth Sapp. She and her
husband had lived in Pooler for 26 years prior to moving to Belton. She had worked as a
legal secretary for several firms and loved people, her animals, and enjoyed cooking.
Survivors include her husband, William "Bill" Kessler; sister, Bobbie Sapp Christiansen
and her husband, Harry W. Christiansen; two nieces and one nephew.
Visitation: 5-7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Graveside Funeral: 2 p.m. on Friday at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery, 1336 Dean
Forest Road, Garden City, GA 31408.
