Rincon – Amber Victoria Millican, 35, passed away December 17, 2025.

The Hilton Head native was a very creative person who loved animals, crafts, and the outdoors.  She had overcome many obstacles in life, including addiction.  She was a CDL truck driver alongside her husband, Wesley Daniel Millican.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Veronica Jackson.

Survivors include her son, Stephen Daniel Wilson, III; mother and step-father, Angela and Ricky Kellam; grandfather, Elbert Cliffton Jackson; grandmother, Linda Kellam; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the Living Faith Church of God, 3789 Noel C. Conaway Road, Guyton, GA 31312, followed by funeral services at 11 a.m.

Interment will follow in Rincon Cemetery.
