Anecia Floreno Richey, 61, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Memorial Health Hospital.
Anecia was a loving wife of 31 years to Robert Darrell Richey; a loving mother to Andrade Robert Richey (Hannah), Jasmine Marie Tolden (Christian), Alexander William Richey, Kimberly Diane Saafi, and Jessica Marie Marian; a loving grandmother to Ava Tolden, Aja Tolden, Acacia Tolden, Christian Tolden II, Chozen Tolden, and Cane Tolden; a loving sister to Josephine Celerio De Leon and Sherlita Floreno, as well as a loving aunt to a number of aunts and uncles.
Anecia was born in the Philippines and had lived in Pooler since 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents Alborto C. Floreno and Copriena C. Corna Floreno. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and she was a Catholic. She will be remembered for being a very supportive military wife, and a hard worker who bent over backwards for her family.
The visitation will be on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at the funeral home. The funeral to honor Anecia's life will follow at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Steve McCoy officiating. The committal and burial will follow at 3 p.m. at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery located at 8819 U.S. Hwy 301 in Glennville, Georgia.
