Guyton – Ann Marie Edenfield Overstreet, 85, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

A native of Savannah, GA, she lived in Guyton for 39 years.  She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed Sunday dinners and spending time with her family.  She was a devoted mother and Mema to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Bobby E. Overstreet, Sr.; parents, Willie Lee and Annie Laura Edenfield; brothers, David Julian Edenfield and Lester Barwick Edenfield; sisters, Willie Lee Tully and Tiny Jean Nessmith.

She is survived by her son, Bobby E. Overstreet, Jr. (Brenda); daughter, Joni A. Bednarski (John); twin sister, Annette Louise Johnson; three grandchildren, Mandy Overstreet, Molly Jovan, and Mark Bednarski; two beautiful great-grandchildren; and friend and caregiver, Morgan Turner.

Visitation will be 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2023 at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
