Bluffton – Anna M. Daugherty, 19, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Coastal Carolina Hospital.

The Indiana native was a bright young lady with a kind and sensitive soul. She was a honor graduate at Bluffton High School and a sophomore at USCB, majoring in sociology and minoring in psychology. For two years, she worked at a shop called Tea & Spice Exchange. In those two years, she grew a passion for tea that she shared with everyone.

Survivors include her mother, Cindy Daugherty-McCumbers (Buddy); her father, Carl Daugherty; sister, Alyssa Daugherty (Patrick); brother, Shawn Daugherty; maternal grandmother, Carol Parsons; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation: 2:30 – 5 pm Monday, May 15, 2023 in the funeral home.

Funeral service: 5 pm Monday, May 15, 2023 in the funeral home.
