Mrs. Anna P. Woltcheck
"Mom"
Eden-Mrs. Anna P. Woltcheck (affectionately called "Mom"), 93, passed away on
Saturday, April 19, 2008 at her home in the presence of her daughter, Anne.
She was born in Russia on September 7, 1914 and came to America on October 9, 1923.
In 1936 she married Michael Woltcheck. She was widowed in 1966. Anna was a retired
secretary from Republic Aviation on Long Island, NY and had also been employed by the
state of New York.
"Mom" raised two sons, Michael Woltcheck, who died in 1993 and Joseph Woltcheck of
Paxinos, PA and one daughter, Anne Studer of Eden. Additional survivors include her
grandchildren, Kathleen Santos, Michael A. Woltcheck, Laura Knights, Chris Woltcheck,
Hannah Kessler & Heidi Moore; great-grandchildren, Scott Santos, Michael S.
Woltcheck, Melissa Woltcheck, Christina Woltcheck, Victoria Woltcheck, Thomas
Knights, and little Samuel Cole Kessler. A great-grandchild, Jessica Woltcheck preceded
her in death. Other survivors include her loving Church family at Powers Baptist Church.
She truly considered them her family and loved them dearly.
Visitation: 4-6 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
The celebration of Mrs. Anna's life will be at 6:30 p.m. on Monday in the chapel of the
funeral home with Mr. Harl H. Scott officiating.
The graveside funeral and burial will be on Thursday at Garfield Cemetery in
Stephentown, New York.
