Annette Lewis

Mrs. Annette Lewis, 78, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at the Augusta Burn Ceneter.

Annette will be deeply missed by her children, Cindy Myrick (Ronnie), William Marriel Lewis, Jr. (Charlene), Stephen Boyd Lewis (Machelle), and Timothy Michael Lewis (Jodi); grandchildren, Richard William Lewis, Justin Ryan Lewis, Kelly Nicole Oliver (Will), Aimee Marie Lewis, Stephen Andrew Lewis, Christopher Dale Lewis (Chasity), Breanna Shayne Lewis, Charlee Lewis, Sawyer Lee Lewis, Braden Hoover, Madalynn Woods, Jacob Rahn, and Jayden Rahn; great-grandchildren, Chandler Oliver, Kamberlyn Oliver, Brantley Oliver, Rylan Oliver, Colton Grantham, Camden Grantham, Jasper Lewis, and Carter Lewis; special friend, Patty Parrish, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Annette was born in Jenkins County and was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, William Marriel Lewis, Sr.; parents, Arthur and Ruby Boyd Smith; brother, Jerry Smith; sister, Gail Johnston. She will be remembered for being an amazing cook, looking her best, being an avid Atlanta Braves fan, and for enjoying her time with family, especially her grandchildren whom were the joy in her life.

The visitation will be on Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home. The funeral to honor Annette’s life will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
