Mr. Anthony "Ricky" Kent, 70, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at his home.

Ricky was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late Anthony Emanuel Kent and Eunice Humphries Kent. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Judy Ann Ray Kent. Ricky had been employed with Kerby Enterprises for a number of years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, but most of all, spending time with his family, especially his grands and great-grands. He will be remembered for being a hard-working, loving, and caring man.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth A. Bibb, Jr. (Debra); granddaughters, Darrien Nichole Bibb (C.J.) and Emily Madison Bibb (Nathan); great-grandchildren, Aubriann Raygene Trudence Bibb, Dameon Ledger Lee Robinson, and Nathan Bentlee James Robinson; sister, Karen Bland; brothers, Mickey Bland and Billy Bland; a number of nieces and nephews including Reagan Benton and Samantha Benton, as well as other close family and friends.

The graveside funeral and burial will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Gravel Hill Cemetery located at 1501 U.S. Highway 80 in Bloomingdale, Georgia.
