Bloomingdale – Mr. Arnold J. White, age 59, of Bloomingdale, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017, at his residence. Arnold was preceded in death by his wife of sixteen years, Deborah Garlen "Deb" White. Survivors include his step-daughter, Reka Garlen of New York City; sisters, Faye (Ed) Erskine, of Richmond Hill, Janice (Derrick) Jeffers of Guyton and Elaine (Mike) McLendon of Guyton; brother, Ted (Esther) White, of Bloomingdale; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, 6:00 - 9:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Thursday, 2:00 PM at Strickland Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor David Thaxton officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pooler Church 100 Commerce Court Pooler, GA 31322.
