Guyton – Barbara Jean Johnson Hodges, 82, passed away May 17, 2023 at her residence.

The Chatham County native retired from Gulfstream, she enjoyed scuba diving, reading, horseback riding, bowling, crocheting, was a racing fan, baseball and football fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Dawson Johnson and Norma Lee Andrews Johnson.

Survivors include her children, Terri Aiken (Steve Redmond), Jodi Heard, Harvey Hodges, Jr. (Stacy), and Bri Hodges; grandchildren, Leah Screen, Chris Hodges, Trey Smith, Dawson Perkins, Brenden Norris, Trey Norris, and Brynna Hodges; and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, May 22, 2023 at the funeral home followed by memorial services at 6 p.m. in the chapel.
