Mrs. Barbara "Bobbi" McCorkel Seckinger, 74, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Bobbi was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late Rehn McCorkel and Betty Clark McCorkel.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, John A. "Johnny" Seckinger, Sr., a daughter, Amanda Grace Seckinger, a sister, Melinda Ballew (Jack), and a brother, Joey Broussard (Sheila).  She was creative, caring, compassionate, and most importantly, a Christian who loved the Lord and her church family at Westside Christian Church.  She was a talented floral designer for a number of years in Pooler.  She loved people and will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, John A. Seckinger, Jr. (Julie) and Mark Seckinger (Pam); grandchildren, Baylee, Sophia, Jonathan, and Jack; sister, Renee Sitton (Larry); brother, Randy McCorkel (Doris) as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral to honor Bobbi's life will be on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Westside Christian Church located at 1106 U.S. Hwy. 80 in Bloomingdale.  Rev. Leonard Daugherty will be officiating.  The burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
