Springfield – Barbara Jean Ussery Heneisen, 67, passed away May 8, 2025 with long term Covid related illnesses.

The Laurens County native was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert Ussery and Glenda Blissett.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Jack D. Heneisen; son, Jamey Aaron Bland (Jessica); step-children, David Keith Heneisen (Elisa), Kendra Dawn Miller (Tim), Alex Heneisen (Ashley), and Nicholas Heneisen; grandchildren, Sophie Bland, Morgan Miller, and Micah Miller; brother, Aaron Ussery.

No formal services will be held.
