Bartow Lee Orendorff, Jr.

Guyton – Bartow Lee Orendorff, Jr., 69, passed away May 11, 2019 at his residence.

The Effingham County native served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from Gulfstream after 42 years. He loved the outdoors and riding motorcycles.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Bartow Lee Orendorff, Sr. and Virginia Riggs Orendorff; and his wife, Barbara Clay Orendorff.

Survivors include his son, Rodger Lee Orendorff (Jessie); granddaughters, Cassie and Harley Orendorff; step-grandchildren, Casse Bragg (Wayne), Brandon Stratton, and Mitchell Williams; step-great-grandchildren, Cason, Lucas, and Hudson Bragg; sisters, Virginia Wilson, Gail White, Marie May (James), and Mary Ann Brown (Darrell); numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date at his residence.
