Rincon- Claudia "Bea" Nitz, 76, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Hospice Savannah.
The Long County native was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Francis Nitz; two sons, Mike (Dana) Nitz and David (Sally) Nitz; grandchildren, Brandi Nitz, Ethan Nitz, Nathan Nitz and Savannah Nitz; sisters, Jeanette (Ed) Rouse, Faye (Sonny) Hodges, Sue S. Brigham, and Bobbie (W.H.) Teague: special brother, Madison "Bubba" (Bonnie) Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 10-11 am Saturday, January 7, 2017 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 am Saturday, January 7, 2017 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Hillcrest West.
