Bernice Beulah Burwick Gaydos
February 1, 1927 - October 7, 2021

Bernice was born February 1, 1927 in Daglum ND to Ole & Hannah (Björndahl) Burwick on their homestead. She graduated from Mott High School in 1946. She married Albert W. Gaydos (CMSgt, Ret.) of West Homestead PA on August 31, 1950 in Rapid City, SD. She was a devoted military wife and mother to her two children Allen & Julie. Bernice was a daycare provider at North Hill Baptist Church. She devoted her life to serving her Lord Jesus Christ through church planting, missions, teaching Sunday School, and serving others through community service. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, traveling the world, baking, & flower arranging.

Gaydos, Emily J.Felix & husband Jaime, Micah N. Thornton, & Eugene Morgan Jr.; great-grandchildren; Elizabeth Gaydos, Alex Gaydos, London Gaydos & wife Yelithza, Julien G. Thornton, & Gregory Reese; great-great grandchildren Mara Gaydos, Bryson Raithel, & Westin Reese; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 5 sisters, her husband Albert W. Gaydos (CMSgt, Ret), and granddaughter Jennifer Campbell.
