Mrs. Bernice Waller, loving mother and grandmother, age 51, of Garden City, passed away January 14, 2018. Bernice was preceded in death by a sister, Roxanne Koncar. She is survived by her daughter, Shauna (Ryan) Scott, of Bloomingdale; sons, Robert Miller, of Garden City, Bryan (Hailey) Chancey, of Savannah, Kenny (April) Chancey, of Pooler; eight grandchildren; parents, Oliver and Diane Miller, of LaBelle, FL; brother, Leonard Miller, of Atlanta. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at Thomas C. Strickland and Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel located at 901 W. Hwy. 80 in Pooler. The graveside funeral and burial will be on Thursday at 3 p.m. at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery located at 1336 Dean Forest Road in Garden City.
