Savannah-Mrs. Betty J. Cannon, 73, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Betty was born in Clyo, GA to the late Gordon & Hazel Edwards. She attended Jasper Springs Baptist Church, loved animals, and had worked at Kessler's Restaurant for 28 years.
Survivors include her children, Joseph F. Kendrick, Jr. of Stilson, Freddy Kendrick of Port Wentworth, Fredia McLamb of Stilson, and Bobby L. Kendrick of Black Creek; 7 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Effingham County.
