Betty Harden Cooke
Garden City- Betty Harden Cooke, 83, died Saturday, October 25, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The Chatham County native had worked at Taylor's Restaurant for 19 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen L. Cooke, Sr. and her daughter, Kathy White.
Survivors include her children, Vickie Exley (Stanley), Bonnie Gordy (Scott), and Allen L. Cooke, Jr. (Patricia); a brother, W.H. Harden; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
Funeral: 11 am Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in the funeral home chapel, with visitation an hour prior to the service.
Interment: Rincon Cemetery
