Betty Jean Drury Harrell
Rincon – Betty Jean Drury Harrell, 82, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Candler Hospital.
The Chatham County native retired from Union Camp in 1984 and was a member of the Effingham Chicks Dance Group.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland E. Drury and Sadie Lee North Drury; sisters, Doris Ruth and Mary Frances Drury; and her husband, William Earl Harrell.
Survivors include her sons, John L. Campbell, Jr. (Peggy) of Phoenix City, AL and Steve R. Campbell, Sr. (Barbara) of Rincon; step-daughter, Lisa Woodcock (Jimmy,Sr.) of Springfield; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Sadie Lee Hurst; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 4 p.m. in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
