Springfield – Betty Jo Exley Bragg, 97, passed away September 8, 2023 at Lakeview Manor.

The Effingham County native was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Gertrude Metzger Exley; and her husband, Caulay Ray Bragg.

Survivors include her children, Pamela Bragg Croy, Randy Bragg (Lynnette), Dawn Bragg Jeffers, Julie Bragg Belfield (Stephen), Lisa Bragg Redmond (Kash), and Darren C. Bragg (Quelcia); 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Monday, September 11, 2023 at the funeral home.

Graveside services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 11, 2023 at Springfield Cemetery.
