POOLER: Mrs. Betty J. Kea, 78, died Thursday, November 4, 2010 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
She was born in Emanuel Co. to the late James V. Jeffers and Cleo Stone Jeffers. She was a member of Windsor Forest Baptist Church and she retired after many years as Director of Admissions at Hillhaven Convalescent Center.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda (George) Ward and Deborah (Mark) Ross; grandchildren, Jennifer (Christopher) Mullen and Angela (Jason) Millhouse; great-grandson, Mark Mullen; great-granddaughters, Jade, Avery and Peyton Millhouse; sister, Dallas Martin; brothers, Ray and James Jeffers and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Kea's United Methodist Church Cemetery in Adrian.
