Betty Logan Morgan, 77, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Betty was born in Savannah Georgia on December 6, 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Daniel Morgan Jr.; father, Walter Logan Sr.; mother, Lois Logan; sister-in-law, Gloria Sinclair (Joseph).

Betty graduated from Savannah High School in 1964. Betty served as administrator for the Continental / ConTel Telephone Company, as an administrator for Atlanta Real Estate properties and as an administrator for the Effingham County Tax Assessors Office.

Betty was an active member of Springfield Oaks Church in Springfield, Georgia where she once served as an administrative secretary. Betty was also a member of Springfield Garden Club but for Betty, spending time with her family and friends was what she enjoyed the very most.

Betty was survived by her son, Lowell Daniel Morgan III (Grace); daughter, Debbie Morgan Johnson (Chris); grandchildren, Josh Moody (Ashley), Taylor Hess (Watson), Michaela Moody, Austin Morgan, Luke Johnson, Jake Johnson; great grandchildren, Emma Moody and Ellie Hess. She was also survived by her brother, Walter Logan (Mary) and brother-in-law, Ronald Morgan (Charlene).
