William M. "Bill" Millsap

Springfield- William M. "Bill" Millsap, age 71, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Newnan, GA, on December 13, 1941, son of the late Robert Milton and Mary Alice Butler Millsap.

Bill was retired from Bill's Barber Shop and Georgia Pacific. He was a member of Elam-Egypt Baptist Church. Everyone who knew Bill knew how he loved his family and his chickens.

He is survived by two sons, Joel (Amy) Millsap of Wilmington Island and Brian Millsap of Richmond Hill; sister, Joy (John) Mitchell of Springfield; three nephews, Johnny (Kristy) Mitchell and Carson, Claire and Corine of Dexter, Jimmy (Stacy) Mitchell and Dalton and Ansley of Springfield, Jeffery (Julie) Mitchell and Garrett and Grace Anna of Springfield; and many cousins.

Visitation: 6-8 pm Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 am Thursday, February 28, 2013 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: Springfield Cemetery.
