Rincon – Billy C. Mobley, 86, passed away May 23, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

The Jenkins County native served in the U.S. Marines, retired from Stone Container, and enjoyed woodworking.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Jean Mobley; daughter, Victoria Eckman; son, Roger Mobley (Tiffany); grandchildren, Allie Gallagher (Billy), Katie Eckman, Brittany Rayburn (Greg), Derrick Mobley, Laura Williams (Zach), Aubrey Mobley, Jeb Mobley, and Thomas Mobley; great-grandchildren, Colin, Thomas, Baylen, Lila, Kolton, and Hazel.

Graveside funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in Rincon Cemetery.
