Springfield – Brandon Davis, 37, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 in Ulmer, SC as a result of an auto accident.

The South Carolina native was Maintenance Coordinator at Effingham County Board of Education, a job that he truly loved. He was especially thankful for all the people he was able to work with in the Effingham County school system. Brandon was a member of the Clyo Masonic Lodge and he loved the outdoors. He was a loving husband and father, that enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Brooks Davis; children, Abby Grayson-Reigh Davis, Rylee Kate Davis, and Austin Cade Harrelson; mother, Jackie Davis; brother, John Davis (Paige); nephews, Chase Davis and Briggs Davis; grandfather, Kenny "Pop" Davis; his beloved dog, Bentley;  and a host of friends.

Visitation: 1:30 – 2:45 pm Saturday, February 4, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Rincon.

Funeral: 3 pm Saturday, February 4, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Rincon.

Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens
