Obituary
Shawnee – Brandy Marie Waring Helmken, 76, passed away August 14, 2023 at her residence after a long illness.
The Florida native retired from the GA Ports Authority and was a horse lover. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Marha Hanchey Waring.
Survivors include her husband, R. Vance Helmken; her sisters, Janet Johnson and Jean Waring.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2023 in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
