South Effingham-Ms. Brenda K. Cote, 69, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

Brenda was the daughter of William Hubert & Rhoda Smith. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and also enjoyed the outdoors.

Survivors include two sons, Roy Eugene Leach, and his wife, Paula, and William Richard Leach, and his wife, Lisa; grandchildren, Kyle, Nathan, Bailey, Cody, Dylan, Skylar, Logan, and Garrett; father of Roy and Ritch, Roy Arnold Leach; sisters, Helen Faye, and Ethel; brother, Claude; nephew, Kenny Fuson, and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the funeral home.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, 2014 in the chapel of the funeral home.
