Rincon – Brenda Gail Culver Moss Rose, 68, passed away November 19, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

The Chatham County native grew up in Bloomingdale and attended First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale.  She retired from the State of Georgia having been a budget administrator for 34 years, enjoyed trips to the Smokey Mountains with her family.  She was a very loving, selfless, and giving person to anyone in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frankie Culver and Vonell McKuhen Culver.

Survivors include her husband, Sam Rose, Jr.; children, Crystal Sellers, (Wayne), Randall Moss, Jr. (Ashley), Kimberly Gudith (Scott), Jacquelyn Crane (Blake), Eugene Moss (Shaunny Ybarra); first husband and father of her children, Randall Moss, Sr.; sisters, Betty Hicks, Wanda Barnes, Jan Hartenhoff, and Ginger Adkinson (Reid); grandchildren, Reagan Kimbrell, Luke Kimbrell, Gavin Sellers, Alyssa Crane, Talon Sellers, Gage Crane, Jsujsanna Moss, Grayson Crane, and Xiomara Moss; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 2 p.m. in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
