Effingham County – Darrell Brent Dasher, 27, passed away November 2, 2024.

The Effingham County native was a 2016 South Effingham High School graduate. He loved to hunt, fish, piddle in the garage, ride four-wheelers, and hang out with friends, always being the jokester.

Brent is survived by his father, Darrell Dasher; mother and step-father, Janet & James Groce; grandmother, Ernestine Dasher; sisters, Crystal McDonald and Melanie Greiman; brother, Phillip Garrett; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation: 6 – 8 pm Saturday, November 9, 2024 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 3 pm Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Sand Hill Baptist Church.

Burial: Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery

Remembrances: Emory Hospital, Cancer Research.
