Mr. C. Ray Davis

Pooler-Mr. C. Ray Davis, 64, died on Sunday, August 12, 2007 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Mr. Davis was born in Atlanta and lived there for a number of years before moving to
Chatham County where he spent a number of years. He served his country in the U.S.
Army and had many hobbies. He had previously been employed with Lowe's.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Thomas Davis of Pooler; daughter, Kelly Davis Earl
of Douglasville; step-children, Chris Hinson and Corey Hinson, both of Statesboro and
Pricilla Roberts of Pooler; seven grandchildren; brother, W. Gary Davis and sister, Rachel
D. Byram, both of Anderson, SC and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Funeral: 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at Westside Christian Church. Burial will follow at
Alamo City Cemetery at 3 p.m.
