Carl A. Tomlin

Savannah- Carl A. Tomlin, 93, died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

The Salida, Colorado native was film maker with Tomlin Film Productions. He had lived in Sloatsburg, NY for 52 years. He was a World War II Army Veteran, who served in the Pacific Theater. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shirley Young.

Survivors include his wife, Nellie Scott Tomlin of Savannah; son, Charles R. Tomlin (Wini) of Chester, NY; daughter, Sandra L. Tomlin (Andrew Osler) of Foothill Ranch, CA; grandchildren, Larry Young, Barbara Mangano, Kristin Matthews, Danielle Evans, and Jillian Tomlin; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services were held at 3 pm Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in the funeral home chapel.

Burial will be at a later date.
