Obituary

Faulkville-Miss Carol Sue Brown, 66, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at her brother's home.
Miss Brown was born in Savannah to the late William Gordon Brown and Lillian Hendrix Brown. She was a member of Bible Baptist Lighted Pathway and attended the First Baptist Church of Port Wentworth. She had been employed with the Chatham Association for Retarded Citizens. She enjoyed making animal sounds, pot-bellied pigs, writing prayers, playing the organ, singing, shopping and bowling with the Ambucks. Miss Brown had lived for eight years at The Place at Pooler before moving to Faulkville.
Survivors include her sister, Mildred B. Tipton of Port Wentworth; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth D. & Marilyn Brown of Faulkville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sherry & Sonny Smith of Rincon; special brother-in-law, Dwayne Proper and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home
Funeral: 11 a.m. on Friday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
