Carol "Charlie" Smith Parker, 65, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 in her Savannah, Georgia home with her son by her side.

Carol was born September 30, 1958, to Dale and Ruth Smith, in Sheldon, Iowa.  Carol served in the United States Navy from 1979 to 1983.

She is survived by her three sisters, Lynn, Vicki, and Dana; two brothers, Jeff and Mike; four children, Bradley, Robert, Patrick, and Connie; six grandchildren, Brantley, Knox, Lilah, Ainsley, Madison, and Ivy.
