Mrs. Carolyn Hayes Hutchinson, 70, of Guyton, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at her home under the care of Hospice Savannah.

She was born in Nashville, GA to the late William E. Hayes, Jr. & Pauline Roland Hayes.  She was a member of the Savannah Holy Church of God.  She was a Floral Designer, taught floral design and ceramics,  and a artist who loved to paint.  She received a Floral Design certificate from Abraham Baldwin College and won many floral design awards.  She had been employed with Styles for Living, Ben Franklin Crafts, Flowers and Things, Osteen's Florist and Any Blooming Thing.

Survivors include her husband, Winston Hutchinson; two children, Pamela & Tim Abel and Carl Hutchinson; grandchildren, Hailey and Brooke Hutchinson; siblings, Hilda & Clyde Howell, Sheryl & Randy Wendelken, Sandy & Mike Holcombe and Theresa & William Ellis and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Savannah Holy Church of God located at 707 Little Neck Road in Savannah.  Burial will follow at Lower Black Creek Cemetery.
