Obituary
Mrs. Carrie Cason Monday, 91, of Bloomingdale, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Carrie was born in Blackshear to the late David & Irene Cason. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Monday, Sr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faulkville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Janie Freeman, Bobbie (Hollis) Overstreet, Shirley (John Valliere) Hottot, and Tommy (Rachel) Monday, Jr.; four grandsons; one granddaughter; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brothers, Wilton and Ronald Cason; sisters, Gladys Ryder, and Latrelle Richter; several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Monday from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
Remembrances may be given to the Faulkville Baptist Church, P. O. Box 265, Bloomingdale, GA 31302.
