Carrie Dee Riner

Rincon- Carrie Dee Riner, 95, died Friday October 18, 2019 at Effingham Care Center.

The Emanuel Co. native was a founding member of Maranatha Assembly of God for 48 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved to cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivy W. Riner.

She is survived by her children, Shirley Brisard (Ronald), Roy W. Riner, Leland Riner (Earlene), and Rev. David Riner (Theresa); grandchildren, Mike, Cindy, Rebekah, Ashley, Kandy, Chris, Dwayne, Erick, Travis, and Courtney; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 10-11 am Tuesday, October 22, 2019 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 am Tuesday, October 22, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike Branson and Rev. Dwayne Riner officiating.

Graveside service: 3 pm Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Swainsboro City Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Chris Riner, Erick Riner, Mike Riner, Travis Riner, Frankie Riner, and Jonathan Riner.
