Carroll A. Lariscy
Rincon – Carroll A. Lariscy, 68, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Hospice Savannah.
The Screven County native was a member of Rincon United Methodist Church. He retired from Stone Container and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loy and Wilma W. Lariscy; brother, William Lariscy; and sister, Mary Rahn.
Survivors include his children, Marcus (Janet) Deason of Aiken, SC, Rodman (Chastity) Deason of Summerville, SC, Bridget Hinely of Eden, Edward (April) Blackstock of Waynesboro, Melissa (Kevin) Oglesby of Springfield, and Priscilla Campbell of Millen; sisters, June Gardner of Baxley and Loyce Lariscy of Rincon; 20 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel.
Interment will be in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
