Mr. Carroll J. Rush, 84, of Bloomingdale, GA, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022.

Carroll was born in Tattnall County and was preceded in death by his parents, Audie Lee and Inez Baker Rush.  He was a retired truck driver, and in his younger days was an avid fisherman, hunter, and enjoyed playing basketball.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Thrower Rush, as well as his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Carroll's life will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Laurel Grove Cemetery – North, located at 802 W. Anderson Street in Savannah.
