Casey Barrow; of Guyton, Georgia; passed away suddenly on April 16, 2025. He was born March 14, 1987 to Dennis and Stacie Barrow. He grew up in Effingham County and was a graduate of South Effingham High School. He was the co-owner and operator of Custom Paint and Body. Early on, he found his first love in life, racing. From go karts to pure stock and all the way to super late models; once he found the gas, he never let up. Known to the racing community as Flatfootn'; he traveled all around the southeast with his racing family. You can ask any person he encountered; whether it be around town, at the race track or just at the shop; he always had a smile and would drop everything to help someone. Whether it had been two days or five years since you had spoken to him last, it didn't matter. He was there without hesitation. Left to carry on his legacy are his children and the lights of his life, Kinlee and Blayze; the love of his life for 23 years, Leah; his Dad and right hand man, Dennis; his Mom and best friend, Stacie; Grandmother, Shirley Barrow (Nana); Brother and Sister-in-law, Brandon and Kaley Strickland; Niece, Ava Strickland; Aunts, Rhonda Clatworthy, Tresa Ladd and Jamie Meeks (Sean); Uncle, Lendy Barrow; Cousins, Chris and Clayton Barrow, Jessica Talley, Hannah Ladd, Jesse and Josh Barrow, Brylie and Bayne Meeks; Grandmother-in-law, Faye Collins; along with many others that he loved. Casey didn't know a stranger, and the people fortunate enough to be called a friend by him knew they were loved. He was proceeded in death by his Maternal Grandparents; Sue Thomas, Bill and Diane Thomas; Paternal Grandfather, JC Barrow, Jr. (Pa); Uncles Charles Ladd and Bennie Barrow; Mother-in-law, Sara Minder; and Grandfather-in-law, Robert Collins (GP). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
