Pooler - Mrs. Catharine Hardy Wermers, 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6 at her daughter's residence on Wilmington Island.
Mrs. Wermers was predeceased by her son, Hardy W. Glover; daughter, Rebecca W. Hansen; and son-in-law, James L. Pinckney.
Survivors include daughters, Phyllis G. Pinckney of Wilmington Island, Fleta G. Pepper (Donald) of Pooler, Rachel W. Heidinger (Perry) of Sioux Falls, SD.; sons, R. Casper Wermers (Denise) of Bozeman, MT., R. Eric Wermers (Lilia) of Pensacola, FL.; daughter-in-law, Etta I. Glover of Williamston, SC.; sister, Janice H. Dasher Driskell of Pooler; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren and three nieces.
Memorial Service will be on Saturday, June 13 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
