Rincon – Catherine Lewis Smith, 70, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Pruitt Seaside.

The Savannah, GA native was a longtime florist, having worked for many different companies. She loved her grandchildren, car shows and NASCAR. Catherine especially loved Christmas, with the decorations and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Lewis; brother, Ted Lewis; and sister, Vicki Kicklighter.

She is survived by her children, Jessie Orendorff (Rodger) and William C. Ricord, III (Jennifer); mother, Ruth "Polly" Lewis; brothers, Earl Lewis and Steven Lewis; grandchildren, Casse Bragg (Wayne), Brandon Stratton (Jackie), Bobby "Mitchell" Williams, Jr. (Danielle), William Joshua Ricord, Hannah Ricord, Cassie Orendorff, and Harley Orendorff; four, great-grandchildren, Cason, Lucas, & Hudson Bragg, and Rayne Stratton; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-7 pm Friday, July 29, 2022 in the funeral home.

Memorial service: 7 pm Friday, July 29, 2022 in the funeral home chapel.
