Ellabell-Caylynn Elisabeth Minis, 17 days old, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013.
Caylynn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lisa Ann Sloan and Randy Glen Sloan
Caylynn is survived by her Father, Charles Anthony Minis, Jr.; her mother, Courtney Leann Sloan; brother, Colby Glen Minis; grandparents, Tammy Minis and Charles "Chuck" Anthony Minis; great grandparents, Dorothy Elizabeth Fennell, Gloria Walden, Wanda Eubanks and Timothy Thompson; great-great-grandmother, Leola Lynn; aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Nicole "Nikki" Cannon & her husband, Ashley, Ginny Walden, Adam Farrer, Brittany Victoria Sloan, Scotty Thompson and Rebecca Lynn Dixon.
The visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. on Thursday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Newton Cemetery in Pooler.
