Guyton- Celia Kay Monroe, 78, died Friday, February 21, 2014 at Memorial Health.
The Effingham County native was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church and was a psychologist.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Monroe; daughter, Brenda Remick; and granddaughters, April and Kat Remick.
Visitation: 4-6 pm Sunday, February 23, 2014 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 am Monday, February 24, 2014 at Jerusalem Lutheran Church.
Interment: Church Cemetery.
