Eden – Charles Curtis "Chuck" Clark, 61, passed away April 1, 2021 at his residence.

The Forest Park GA native retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a "Proud Papa".   He loved all sports being an avid Georgia Tech fan and all Atlanta teams.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond James Clark and Lavada Thompson Clark; his sister, Jackie Clark Madaris.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Marie Hendrix Clark; children, Amanda Scoggins (Joshua), Miranda Smith (Travis), Brandi Harwood (Greg); 8 grandchildren; brother, Jim Clark; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial graveside services will be held at a later date.
