Charles Edward Fleming, Jr. "C.J.", 7 months old, of Savannah, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 2, 2019 at his home.

C.J. is survived by his mother, Sadye Webb; father, Charles Edward Fleming (Lyrical); grandparents, Christine Fleming "Gimme" and Sean Sanders "Pappy", Mark Webb, Raegan Moriarty and Charlie Fleming; great-grandparents, Pamela Whitten "Nana", Carroll Collins, Bruce Fleming (Suzie) and Gail DeJohn (John), as well as a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

C.J. was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charlie Fleming and great-grandfather, David Whitten, Sr.

The visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home in Pooler.

The funeral to celebrate C.J.'s life will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2019 in the chapel of the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 West Highway 80 in Pooler.  Rev. Anne Bridgers will officiate.  Pallbearers will be David Whitten, III, Matthew Whitten and Chatham Rigsby.  Music will be provided by Shane Sanders.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.  Following the committal service, the family will be receiving friends at 170 East Burkhalter Street in Pembroke, GA.
