Mr. Charles E. Schneider
Port Wentworth-Mr. Charles E. Schneider, 84, died on Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at
Westview Nursing Home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Scheider, his mother, Madie Lee Lynch,
and sister, Nelda Ash.
The Chatham County native was a member of the First Baptist Church of Port
Wentworth. He retired from Savannah Foods and served his country in the U.S. Army
during World War II.
Survivors include his cousins, Carlton Donald and Jean Hinely of Port Wentworth;
special friend, Teresa Conner.and other relatives.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Graveside Funeral: 11 a.m. on Monday at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery with military
honors.
Remembrances: Vistacare, 1000 Towne Center Blvd, Suite 604, Pooler, GA 31322.
