Tillman, SC – Charles A. "Tony" Strickland, 61, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at his home.

The Effingham County native was a 1981 graduate of Effingham County High School. He had worked for Savannah Electric & Power Company for 25 years before moving to Palmetto Electric for the remainder of his career. Tony loved his family, the outdoors, living on the river, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Georgia Bulldogs. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles L. Strickland.

He is survived by his mother, Jackie Strickland; sister, Lori Causey (Derril); niece, Karmen Vongprachanh (Kitto); nephew, Skyler Causey; great niece, Willow Vongprachanh; great-nephew, Milo Vongprachanh; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation: 9:30 – 10:45 am Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 am Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: Springfield Annex Cemetery
