Springfield- Charlotte M. Fultz, 80, died July 30, 2015 at her home.
The Effingham County native was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and had retired from the Effingham Board of Education. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Fultz, Sr. and her son, Jack Fultz, Jr.
Survivors include her children, Mark T. Fultz (Judy) and Patricia A. Mitchem (Mitch); grandchildren, Grant Exley, Kyler Exley, Michael Mitchem, Jr., Gabriel Fultz, Brandon Fultz, Chase Fultz, and Sydney Fultz; great grandchildren, Cameron Myers and Elizabeth Exley; two sisters, Doris Ruff and Barbara Zealy.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Friday, July 31, 2015 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 10 am Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens
