Christine N. Brown
Guyton – Christine N. Brown, 83, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2010 at her residence.
The Alabama native was a member of Countryside Baptist Church. She retired from Candler Hospital and later worked at Wal-Mart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eli Neyman and Eula Elliott Neyman; sons, Eli Brown and Mark Brown; sister, Corine Falkner; and daughter-in-law, Alice Harris Brown.
Survivors include her sons, Charles E. Brown, Jr. (Cathie) and Bruce Decker Brown both of Guyton; brothers, Rev. Joe Neyman of Macon, Dexter Neyman of Nashville, TN, and Lavern Neyman of Huntsville, AL; brother-in-law, Johnnie Falkner of Atlanta; daughters-in-law, Becky Brown and Joanie Brown both of Guyton; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
